GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/h4><p>These General Terms and Conditions govern the relations between &quot;JOURNEY GROUP&quot; OOD, UIC 200939143, with registered office and management address: Sofia, Krasno Selo residential district, 1 Felix Kanitz Str., 1st floor, apt. 3, holding a certificate of registration for tour operator activity No. RK-01-6576, hereinafter referred to as <strong>TOUR OPERATOR<\/strong>, and all natural and legal persons referred to below <strong>USER<\/strong>, who purchased a travel package through journeygroup.bg.<\/p><p>Purchasing a travel package, signing a contract or making a payment means acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p><h4>II. SUBJECT<\/h4><p>The TOUR OPERATOR organizes and provides tourist packages including accommodation, transportation (when applicable), meals, insurance and additional services described in the specific program.<\/p><h4>III. RESERVATION AND CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT<\/h4><ol><li><p>A reservation is considered valid after:<\/p><ul><li><p>confirmation from the TOUR OPERATOR;<\/p><\/li><li><p>payment of the required deposit.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p>The contract enters into force from the date of its signing and upon receipt of the first payment.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The contract can be signed electronically or confirmed by making a payment.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The person named as the contract holder represents all other participants in the reservation.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h4>IV. PRICES AND PAYMENT<\/h4><ol><li><p>Prices are announced in euros and\/or leva according to the specific program.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Payment is made by bank transfer to the account of:<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>\u201e&quot;JOURNEY GROUP&quot; Ltd.<\/strong><br \/>DSK Bank<br \/><strong>IBAN:<\/strong> BG88STSA93000031192639<br \/><strong>BIC:<\/strong> STSABGSF<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><p>Payment terms are specified in the individual contract.<\/p><\/li><li><p>If the deadlines are not met, the TOUR OPERATOR has the right to cancel the reservation and retain the amounts paid according to the cancellation conditions.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h4>V. CANCELLATIONS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT<\/h4><p>If the USER cancels the trip, the following penalties are due:<\/p><ul><li><p>up to 30 calendar days before departure \u2013 10% of the value;<\/p><\/li><li><p>up to 15 calendar days before departure \u2013 25% of the value;<\/p><\/li><li><p>up to 10 calendar days before departure \u2013 50% of the value;<\/p><\/li><li><p>up to 7 calendar days before departure or in case of no-show \u2013 100% of the value of the tourist package.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4>VI. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE TOUR OPERATOR<\/h4><p>The TOUR OPERATOR undertakes:<\/p><ol><li><p>To provide the tourist services according to the contract.<\/p><\/li><li><p>To notify of changes in a timely manner.<\/p><\/li><li><p>To refund the amounts paid in the event of a canceled trip due to the fault of the TOUR OPERATOR.<\/p><\/li><li><p>To maintain valid mandatory &quot;Tour Operator Liability&quot; insurance.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h4>VII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONSUMER<\/h4><p>The USER undertakes:<\/p><ol><li><p>To provide accurate personal data.<\/p><\/li><li><p>To comply with payment deadlines.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Carry valid travel documents.<\/p><\/li><li><p>To follow safety rules during the trip.<\/p><\/li><li><p>To notify in advance if special assistance is needed.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h4>VIII. INSURANCE<\/h4><ol><li><p>For transport organized by the TOUR OPERATOR, medical insurance is included.<\/p><\/li><li><p>When traveling by own transport, the USER is solely responsible for taking out the necessary insurance.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h4>IX. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS<\/h4><p>The trip takes place when a minimum number of participants is reached.<\/p><p>If this number is not reached, the TOUR OPERATOR shall notify the USER no later than 7 calendar days before departure and refund all amounts paid.<\/p><h4>X. IRREVERSIBLE FORCE<\/h4><p>The TOUR OPERATOR is not liable for non-performance due to force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, epidemics, military actions, strikes, administrative restrictions and other extraordinary events.<\/p><h4>XI. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/h4><p>The TOUR OPERATOR processes <a href=\"https:\/\/journeygroup.bg\/en\/politika-za-poveritelnost\/\">personal data<\/a> solely for the performance of the contract and in accordance with applicable law.<\/p><h4>XII. DISPUTES<\/h4><p>All disputes are resolved through negotiations and mutual consent, and if not reached - by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.<\/p><h4>XIII.
