GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF "JOURNEY GROUP" LTD.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relations between "JOURNEY GROUP" OOD, UIC 200939143, with registered office and management address: Sofia, Krasno Selo residential district, 1 Felix Kanitz Str., 1st floor, apt. 3, holding a certificate of registration for tour operator activity No. RK-01-6576, hereinafter referred to as TOUR OPERATOR, and all natural and legal persons referred to below USER, who purchased a travel package through journeygroup.bg.

Purchasing a travel package, signing a contract or making a payment means acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

II. SUBJECT

The TOUR OPERATOR organizes and provides tourist packages including accommodation, transportation (when applicable), meals, insurance and additional services described in the specific program.

III. RESERVATION AND CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT

1. A reservation is considered valid after:

   • confirmation from the TOUR OPERATOR;

   • payment of the required deposit.

2. The contract enters into force from the date of its signing and upon receipt of the first payment.

3. The contract can be signed electronically or confirmed by making a payment.

4. The person named as the contract holder represents all other participants in the reservation.

IV. PRICES AND PAYMENT

1. Prices are announced in euros and/or leva according to the specific program.

2. Payment is made by bank transfer to the account of:

3. Payment terms are specified in the individual contract.

4. If the deadlines are not met, the TOUR OPERATOR has the right to cancel the reservation and retain the amounts paid according to the cancellation conditions.

V. CANCELLATIONS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

If the USER cancels the trip, the following penalties are due:

• up to 30 calendar days before departure – 10% of the value;

• up to 15 calendar days before departure – 25% of the value;

• up to 10 calendar days before departure – 50% of the value;

• up to 7 calendar days before departure or in case of no-show – 100% of the value of the tourist package.

VI. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE TOUR OPERATOR

The TOUR OPERATOR undertakes:

1. To provide the tourist services according to the contract.

2. To notify of changes in a timely manner.

3. To refund the amounts paid in the event of a canceled trip due to the fault of the TOUR OPERATOR.

4. To maintain valid mandatory "Tour Operator Liability" insurance.

VII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONSUMER

The USER undertakes:

1. To provide accurate personal data.

2. To comply with payment deadlines.

3. Carry valid travel documents.

4. To follow safety rules during the trip.

5. To notify in advance if special assistance is needed.

VIII. INSURANCE

1. For transport organized by the TOUR OPERATOR, medical insurance is included.

2. When traveling by own transport, the USER is solely responsible for taking out the necessary insurance.

IX. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

The trip takes place when a minimum number of participants is reached.

If this number is not reached, the TOUR OPERATOR shall notify the USER no later than 7 calendar days before departure and refund all amounts paid.

X. IRREVERSIBLE FORCE

The TOUR OPERATOR is not liable for non-performance due to force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, epidemics, military actions, strikes, administrative restrictions and other extraordinary events.

XI. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The TOUR OPERATOR processes personal data solely for the performance of the contract and in accordance with applicable law.

XII. DISPUTES

All disputes are resolved through negotiations and mutual consent, and if not reached - by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.

XIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of every contract for organized tourist travel concluded with "JOURNEY GROUP" Ltd.
